Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is me, Giuseppe Notarnicola (NIE Y4918263A), of Calle Los Pinos 3, puerta 463, 35100 San Bartolomé de Tirajana (Las Palmas), España. If you have any questions about your data, write to me at info@giuseppenotarnicola.com.

What data I collect

• When you take the Alignment Test: your name, your email address, your answers to the seven questions and, if you tell me, whether you are a woman or a man.
• When you write to me on WhatsApp or by email: whatever you choose to tell me.

Your answers to the Test may relate to your wellbeing. I only process them with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the box before you see your result.

What I use it for

• To send you your Test result and to reply to your requests. Legal basis: your consent.
• Only if you tick the second box: to send you content on health and performance by email. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time, with one click or a one-line reply.
• If we decide to work together: to organise your coaching. Legal basis: steps taken before entering into a contract and, after that, the performance of the contract itself.

I do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who else has access to it

• FormSubmit, the service that forwards the Test form to me by email.
• Google, for email.
• Meta, if you write to me on WhatsApp.
• The provider that hosts this website.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, subject to the safeguards laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long I keep it

Until you withdraw your consent and, in any event, for no more than 24 months after our last contact. If you become a client, I keep what is necessary for as long as the law requires, for example for invoicing.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability at any time, and you can withdraw your consent. Simply write to info@giuseppenotarnicola.com. If you believe your data is not being processed properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, the Spanish data protection authority (www.aepd.es).

Cookies

This website does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools. Even the fonts are hosted on this website, so no requests are made to external services. If I ever start using visitor statistics, I will ask for your permission first.
